Bennett B came out the same day I called about needing to replace our hot water heater. He was punctual, thorough, and extremely kind! He made sure I understood everything, explained anything I had questions about, and overall did such a great job. He was awesome and will absolutely be using Deans in the future for any home issues that arise!

I had an electrical repair done due to an inspection. Deans contacted me promptly and set up a day that worked for me. They have a large window in which they come, the nice thing is they call 30-45 minutes before arrival. They sent a picture of my electrician which a bio. He arrived and informed us of his repair which he did professionally, and quickly. Very pleased with his work he even put on booties to keep our floors clean. Bennett with Dean’s home service was amazing. I had a very specific budget and had met with multiple competitors. Dean was able to stay within my budget. He installed a whole house filtration system and repaired my main waterline, all within the same day. deans employees stay well prepared upon arrival to your home. I will always continue to do business with them.

I had a great experience with Deans Home Service yesterday. My garbage disposal needed to be replaced and my sink faucet tweaked. There was no cost to have the Tech (Adam R) come out for an estimate. After I agreed, he immediately fixed it, had another garbage disposal in his van. I was surprised and delighted. Fixed immediately. Great Job.

I had a very expensive water heater and water softener installed and chose this company since they were able to install while I was working and had good reviews. The product is great BUT the installer left a extremely wet salty mess behind which dried and left a white crusty mess not only on my upstairs rug but up my carpeted stairs which leaked through the stairs and onto my items underneath. I have a home business and this left a salty mess on my products. I did not get a call that the installer when the job was started or finished, they just left. When I called to report the mess customer service said that it was rare this happens and that they would reimburse me for the clean-up, but would not send or hire anyone to have it done for me. It was left up to me to have someone clean up their mess. I have limited time at home and do not have time to hire a and cleaning service and be present. I had my rug cleaned and they gave me $100 for that, but the install was extremely EXPENSIVE and I'm sure if I shopped around better I could have gotten a better and cheaper option. For how expensive this job was I would think the installer would be able to clean up their wet dirty mess or hire someone to come clean up for them. It should not be my responsibility to clean up after a hired job. I'm disappointed about the whole job other than the product. If you want good service I would recommend elsewhere that stand by their service. If there is any follow up or better service I would change my review.

Dean's Home Services: I highly recommend! Adam R did a wonderful job replacing my garbage disposal. I called and he came out within hours. No charge to come out for an estimate. The job was completed immediately once I agreed. I am so very happy with Dean's prompt professional service.

We had our air conditioner and water heater replaced last fall by deans. We noticed a huge spike in our electrical bill. We told deans and they scheduled a HVC tech. Tech came out determined it was an electrical issue and that they would send an electrician out. Waited for them to call to schedule. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I called them. They tried sending another HVC tech out and I told them that they already did this. So they rescheduled again. Finally an electrician came out and went through everything and claimed he couldn’t find any reason for the power spike. He left and we had hoped whatever the electrician had tweaked would resolve the issue. It didn’t of course. Rescheduled again and took time off of work to meet with the next tech. Got a notification that the HVC tech was on their way. Seeing this I called their office and they attempted to tell me again that they would need to send an HVC tech out before sending an electrician. Unfortunately at that point I lost my shit. Does this company keep track of what they do on these stops? Is there any internal communication at all? My bills have sky rocketed and Dean’s dragging their feet. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it could be a week before someone got back to me. Absolutely Unacceptable. This whole experience has turned into a nightmare. Their customer service is a joke. BTW they still haven’t resolved this issue. Avoid Deans like the plague and save yourself the headache.

Blake went above and beyond with his service. Even when the first route didn't work he was able to find an alternative solution and never stopped trying to solve the problem until it was fixed. He was kind and courteous and I would definitely recommend him and Dean's services to anyone in need of help with their plumbing and drains!
